Stephen Ministers provide confidential one-to-one Christian care to the bereaved, hospitalized, terminally ill, separated, divorced, unemployed, relocated, and others facing crisis or life challenges. The Stephen Ministry helps our pastors and congregation provide quality caring ministry for as long as a person needs it.
Stephen Ministers participate in 50 hours of training followed by once-a-month supervision and continuing education sessions. They are typically assigned one care receiver at a time and meet with that person for about one hour each week.

"Learning to be a better listener and caregiver are skills that I can use in every relationship. I received my first assignment in May, and it has been so rewarding to walk alongside my care receiver as we both receive God's grace and mercy through His Holy Spirit. She tells me often what a blessing I am to her, but I am the one truly blessed." - Diane
