Sunday morning isn't the only time you can find First United Methodist Church a place where the action is! In order to fulfill our mission - - to become followers of Jesus Christ for the transformation of Peoria and the world - - First United Methodist Church becomes a vibrant place during the week with activities that serve to help us grow in faith, grow closer to our Lord, grow closer to each other, and engage those with whom we are called to serve.

Walk into our buildings or even our neighborhood and you'll see the congregation involved in Bible studies, healing ministries, small groups, prayer and worship gatherings, and community outreach ministries. Our view is that God gives each of us gifts - - gifts that we use for others so we all grow into an every-maturing faith together.
